How to Get Relief From Back Pain Without Leaving Home
Follow these few simple exercises.
NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY
As promised!
Here are some easy exercises you can do at home to help relieve back pain without any fancy equipment:
Cat-Cow Stretch: Get on your hands and knees, and alternately arch your back up towards the ceiling (cat position) and then dip it down towards the floor (cow position). Repeat several times to loosen up your spine.
Child's pose: Start on your hands and knees, then sit back on your heels while reaching your arms out in front of you. This position can help stretch out your lower back muscles.
Pelvic tilts: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Slowly tilt your pelvis up towards the ceiling, then back down to the floor. This can help strengthen your core muscles and alleviate back pain.
Hip flexor stretch: Kneel on one knee with the other foot planted in front of you. Lean forward slightly to stretch out the front of your hip. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides.
Knee-to-chest stretch: Lie on your back with both knees bent. Bring one knee towards your chest and hold it there for a few seconds before switching to the other leg. This can help relieve tension in your lower back.
Remember to listen to your body and stop if you feel any sharp pain.
These exercises should help alleviate your back pain from the comfort of your own home!
